About Us

PJ’s Gourmet Express was founded in 2003 to provide reliable logistics solutions for food service businesses in the Mornington Peninsula. What began as a small operation with just two delivery vans has since evolved into one of Victoria’s most trusted food logistics providers.

In 2008, under new ownership, PJ’s began a period of sustained growth driven by a commitment to service excellence, operational efficiency, and long-term partnerships.

The acquisition of Gourmet Brokers in 2018 further expanded our capabilities, enabling us to deliver a broader range of products to more customers across metropolitan and regional Victoria.

Today, PJ’s operates a fleet of over 50 vehicles and services an extensive network of food service venues, retailers, and hospitality businesses.

Our deep understanding of the industry, combined with nearly two decades of operational experience, positions us as a reliable and agile partner for suppliers looking to scale their reach.

At the core of our success is a simple philosophy: when our partners grow, we grow.

We’re committed to providing the infrastructure, service quality, and customer relationships that allow our suppliers to thrive. Whether it’s opening up new delivery zones, creating efficiencies in the supply chain, or facilitating connections with new customers, our role goes far beyond logistics—we’re here to help you grow your business.

We operate to the highest standards of food safety (HACCP Certified), compliance, and customer service, and we take pride in being a professional, approachable, and proactive team.

Our systems are designed for consistency and traceability, and our people are trained to represent our partners with the same care and professionalism they’d expect from their own staff.

As PJ’s continues to grow, we remain grounded in the values that built our reputation: integrity, reliability, and a shared commitment to excellence across every link in the supply chain
